Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your gemorastyle order under the following conditions:

• Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled at no charge within 12 hours of placing the order. Contact us immediately at support@gemorastyle.shop or call +91 98765 43210.
• After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return once the order is delivered.
• Pre-Order Items: Pre-ordered or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of order placement.

2. Return Eligibility

gemorastyle accepts returns within 15 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.
• Returns must be initiated via our contact form or by emailing returns@gemorastyle.shop.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund at gemorastyle:

• Innerwear, swimwear, and hosiery (for hygiene reasons).
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
• Gift cards and vouchers.
• Any item returned after 15 days from the delivery date.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return with gemorastyle, please follow these steps:

• Step 1: Email returns@gemorastyle.shop with your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return within 15 days of delivery.
• Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a return authorisation and packaging instructions.
• Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at the designated courier partner location.
• Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund Policy

Upon successful return inspection, gemorastyle will process your refund as follows:

• Original Payment Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Processing Time: 5–7 business days after return inspection approval.
• Bank Processing: Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to reflect the credit.
• gemorastyle Store Credit: You may opt for store credit instead of a refund, which will be processed within 24 hours of approval.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item from gemorastyle, please:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@gemorastyle.shop.
• Provide your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
• We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.

7. Exchange Policy

gemorastyle offers size and colour exchanges subject to stock availability. To request an exchange:

• Initiate the exchange process within 15 days of delivery.
• Follow the same return process outlined in Section 4.
• Once the returned item is received, the replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
• One exchange per order is permitted.

8. Sale & Discounted Items

Items purchased during sale events (e.g., End of Season Sale, Flash Sale) are eligible for return and refund unless explicitly marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase. Please check individual product pages for eligibility before purchasing.
